Boosting research
with UX strategy
To design effectively, it's essential to understand what the user needs and wants. I power my designs with careful user research and hands-on testing, revealing hidden preferences. Then, I align these with business goals and carefully communicate with stakeholders.
Active documentation
and research repository
I believe in careful documentation and contribution to common design repositories. These resources are essential for effective design development.
Automation of design systems
This makes for more consistent, speedy, and scalable processes. An automated approach also improves collaboration, resulting in cohesive products.
Setting up work
in multidiscipinary teams
In design, collaboration is essential. Establishing clear communication channels encourages creativity by bringing together diverse skills and mindsets.
Bridging design
and sustainability
Incorporating sustainability into design and development not only reduces environmental impact but also ensures long-term success. This approach helps meet regulatory requirements, boosts brand reputation, and enhances market competitiveness.
My design journey has been dynamic. It started in Poland, where I began my study as an Industrial Engineering Designer. Over time, I found myself drawn to UX Research and Digital Product Design which I was lucky to study at Politecnico di Milano. Along the way, I got the opportunity to live, study, and work in four incredible countries - Poland, Portugal, Italy, and Austria. Every experience has added something unique to my skills and given me fresh insights into the world of design.
I'm a design mentor on ADPList, passionate about connecting with new people and sharing insights. Let's chat and explore the world of design together!
